We may also keep records of quotes, bookings, work completed, invoices, payments and communications with you.

02

How information is collected

We collect information you provide by phone, SMS, email, through this website, or during the provision of mechanical services. When you submit the website booking form, the details are securely saved as a booking request for us to review. If you choose to send an SMS copy, your device and mobile provider also handle that message.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, identify your vehicle, prepare estimates, arrange bookings, provide and follow up services, communicate about repairs, issue invoices and receipts, keep business records, manage payments and meet legal obligations. If you do not provide the requested information, we may be unable to assess or complete your enquiry.

04

Who we may share it with

We may share information only where reasonably needed with service providers that support our business, such as accounting, invoicing, payment, communications, website hosting or professional advisers, or where required or authorised by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

05

Information may be stored in our secure website booking system, phone, email, accounting or invoicing systems and business records. Access to the booking manager is restricted to authorised business users. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

06

Website data and cookies

We do not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics. Our website hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser information and access logs.
